Deep Sleep Affirmations For Fully-Restorative, All-night Lasting Sleep

I am ready now to understand just how easy it can be to have a great night’s sleep every night.

Now I have started to accept the idea of letting go.

I give myself permission to enter into a state of relaxation and calm.

I am giving myself full permission to let go. Knowing how easy and good, even life-changing, for me to be able to sleep easily can be.

I am safe. I am eager to travel to the depths of my unconscious mind. To discover the inner me that is ready and able to get a great sleep every night.

This moment calls for self-love and trust. I believe in myself, and I trust myself.

I know I have done my BEST for today. And yes, I deserve deep REST for tonight.

My subconscious mind is now ready to organize itself. I am prepared to clear out the ideas and thoughts that no longer benefit me and hold on to the images and impressions I need to keep moving forward.

My self confidence in my ability to sleep is already beginning to increase. As my eyes start to close softly, I take a deep, slow breath in. And release it slowly. That’s good.

I pay attention to the next few breaths. And make sure to follow them right down to my belly.

I feel how my belly rises on while I breathe in and fall on during my breath out.

Now I am open to the idea that I can have a great sleep every night just as easily as I can monitor my breath, going in and out.

As I deepen my relaxation, I release any tensions from my body.

I start at my right foot and begin to loosen any tension throughout my muscles. I let loose, and move up to the right leg until I am at the knee, relaxing and moving up to the right hip.

I use KINDNESS in all my thoughts.

I do the same for the left leg. I am starting with my left foot, releasing any tension I am still holding on to. I let loose and slowly move from the left leg up to the knee until I am at the left hip.

I am relaxing, which is just perfect.

I clear any tension in my hips. I am letting go of any pressure inside my deepest pelvic muscles.

I just let go, and my relaxation is so easy now.

Yes, I am ready to sleep well.

As I lay out in bed, ready to settle for sleep, I release all worries about not sleeping, all things preoccupying me from the day, all that’s going through my head.

As I lay in bed, I release all concerns about all the things on my to-do list.

Just as I heard good bedtime stories when I was a child that sent me off to sleep, I start telling myself good stories in my head now.

I tiptoe back in my mind through my day and find the three best things that happened. I keep my attention on them over and over until my heart expands with gratitude and peacefulness.

There’s always something to be grateful for. I find good memories and magic moments that make me smile and feel good inside.

It’s a lovely process. Deliberately looking for positive events is comforting, soothing, and fun.

Even if I’ve had a terrible day, something will always make me feel like a small playing child with a huge sweet smile.

I dive deeper and deeper into that experience right now.

      I notice myself smiling.

      I feel warm inside me.

I feel dreamy floating. Life is not so bad after all.

I remind myself gently how I love to sleep.

I remind myself how I praise my healthful sleep.

I am so good at sleeping well.

I let the day’s excitement drift away.

I am ready to sink deep down and get all the sleep my body needs.

I am able to sleep soundly throughout the entire night, and my sleep has such rejuvenating effect on me.

I remind myself how I enjoy that great feeling of waking after a really good night’s sleep. So I recalled it now.

I am letting go and choosing to relax even deeper now.

I continue to feel the rise and fall of my belly and let the heaviness of my arms and shoulders sink down and melt away.

I feel the openness in the palms of my hands.

I feel the expansive breath in my chest and abdomen. I let my eyes sink into my head until they are floating peacefully. I feel the tingling of the hair on my head and the lightness of the air around my face.

I am ready now to move deeper inside to release my inner me.

I sink into a beautiful floating softness and am ready to take a journey.

I am falling asleep. I am a dormouse who yawns and fades away.

It’s safe for me to let go and fall asleep.

I feel comfortable and at peace.

My muscles are heavy and relaxed.

My mind is calm and serene.

I am drifting off to sleep now.

It’s safe for me to let go and fall asleep.

I close this day with PURE JOY and now drift into a sound sleep.

I can sleep easily. I am fading away and yawning again and again.

I feel completely relaxed. No fear of anything. I am completely immersed in my sleepiness.

I stay sound sleeping until I am fully refreshed.

      It’s lovely to dream.

Dreams can come true life bedtime stories that are like lullabies.

And the cradle will rock for a solid night’s sleep.
