How to REMOVE Visceral Belly Fat– the DEADLIEST type

belly fat

Though the term might sound old-fashioned, “middle-age belly” is a greater concern than ever. As we go through our middle years, our proportion of fat to body weight tends to increase(more so in women than men). In other words, extra pounds tend to park themselves around the midsection.

Belly fat

We might have accepted these changes as an inevitable part of aging,  but worse, we’ve been noticing that as our waistlines grow, so do our health risks.

Abdominal, or so-called visceral, fat is of particular concern because it’s a critical factor in various health problems. Much more so than subcutaneous fat, that type that you can grasp with your hand. Visceral fat, in contrast, lies out of your reach, deep inside the abdominal cavity, where it fills the spaces between our abdominal organs.

The latest research infers that fat cells — especially abdominal fat cells — are biologically active

It’s relevant to think of fat as an endocrine organ or gland that produces hormones and other chemicals that strongly influence our health.

Scientists are discovered that visceral fat pumps out immune system chemicals called cytokines(for instance, tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-6) that can raise the risk of cardiovascular problems. These and other biochemicals have harmful impacts on cells’ sensitivity to insulin, blood clotting, plus many other vital markers.

Another reason why excess visceral fat is so damaging could be its location close to the portal vein, which carries blood from the intestinal area to the liver. The substances secreted by visceral fat–such as free fatty acids–enter the portal vein and travel to the liver, where impact the production of blood lipids. There is why visceral fat is directly linked with lower HDL (good) cholesterol, higher total cholesterol, LDL (bad) cholesterol,  and the occurrence/development of metabolic disorders and insulin resistance.

Your metabolism is what dictates your ability to create energy and burn fat effectively

This is the process that plays a primary role in your ability to melt fat and achieve your ideal weight.

I am a person who believes that having a high capacity to burn fat as energy is a key factor in our health and well-being. However, I find that time and time again, people are engaging in behaviors that are wrecking their metabolism, and yet, they have no idea about it! Considering that, I am always working first to improve and ignite the metabolic process for those I work with.

The clogged metabolism, sooner or later, cause Extra Belly Fat

If your metabolism has always been slow, you can never lose weight no matter what you eat or how you train

Metabolic dysfunction or slow metabolism is the inability of the body to burn fat efficiently as energy.

Today most people are stuck in a chronic sugar-craving, sugar-burning cycle and depend on a steady inflow of high-carb meals and snacks and regular small grazing (brunches) to maintain their energy and stamina throughout the day.

Clogged metabolism happens when the body is adapted and depends on the inferior fuel source–sugar and carbs– and especially when we get them from processed foods and refined grains. Essentially, metabolic dysfunction is a combination of specific health problems that are a powerful precursor to today’s most serious diseases. They are the primary culprit of gaining excess body fat around the waist and cause symptoms that include elevated blood pressure, high blood sugar,  and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels.  These health complications lead to a severe risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes (1).

Inefficient metabolism, impaired fat burning can develop heart disease, diabetes, raised cholesterol levels, and poor mitochondrial function. In turn, poor mitochondrial function is linked with poor health outcomes in all disease categories. What is more…

All this is the MAJOR culprit for the increasing rates of obesity today

When we rely too heavily on carbs and wrong kinds of fats or consume too much protein, weight gain and obesity naturally arise

It’s especially trued for the US, where processed carbs, processed factory-farmed meats, and pro-inflammatory vegetable oils are a staple in the diet.

As a result, the US is among the leading countries the way in metabolic disorders. As cheap and convenient foods become more and more readily available worldwide, other parts of the world will begin experiencing these same trends.

Ultimately, obesity and particularly abdominal adiposity are severe metabolic disorders, that fortunately, are preventable. I warmly suggest you continue reading on the next page to find out which is the #1 Diet to “switch” your metabolism ON, to lose belly fat, and get in the best shape ever.
